Personal information is not entered on our customer database without your consent. Customer details are only entered onto our database upon signing up for our newsletters. The newsletter information does not get sold or distributed onto any other party. We do not distribute your e-mail address to other company’s or organisations without your authorisation. If you supply us with your postal address, email address, or mobile number you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you wish to not receive such information, please notify us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing to us.
If for any reason your purchase isn’t right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel - items returned outside of this time period may not be accepted.
Refunds will only be provided for full priced items.
How do I return my order?
To return your item to us please contact us via to provide your name, invoice number and the details of what you would like to return. Please also provide details of your request - whether a refund, credit note or exchange

We recommend opting for a traceable service as we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for misplaced items. Please ensure to record your name and return postal address on your parcel for full traceability.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the item you received, along with proof of purchase and any relevant information to firstname.lastname@example.org
What about return shipping costs?
You will be required to pay any postage costs for your return.
